Lissan El Assfour translates to “bird’s tongue” in Arabic, named for the tiny pasta that resembles a bird’s tongue. This is my cozy, one-pot version made with toasted orzo, ground beef, tomato, garlic, onion, and red pepper. It’s rich, comforting, incredibly flavorful, and even better the next day.
